Security & Trust

  • Step 1

    Stored securely, in one place

MOUs, side letters and class specs are encrypted and kept with their page and paragraph.

  • Step 2

Every number, traced to its clause

Each figure opens the exact page and paragraph it came from. When there's no source, HyreSys says so rather than filling the gap.

  • Step 3

    Approved by the right people

Each role sees only its part and signs off in turn. Every approval is time-stamped and ready to export for PERB or a records request.

FAQ

What HR directors and IT teams ask before they bring HyreSys in.

What does HyreSys replace?

The spreadsheets, shared drives and one-off consultant studies behind class and comp work. Your HRIS stays the system of record. HyreSys reads job codes from it and sends results back.

Where does the peer data come from?

Public documents: adopted MOUs, side letters, salary schedules and class specs from agency websites and council agendas. Every figure links to the file it came from.

How do we know the answers are right?

HyreSys only shows a result when every claim links to its source passage. If it can't find one, it says "No source found." Staff approve every output before it's shared.

Can unions and outside counsel take part?

Yes. Invite them as guest reviewers. They see only what their role allows, and their comments and approvals go into the same exportable audit trail.

How long does setup take?

About 8 weeks for an agency of around 1,300 positions, including your specs, MOUs and job codes. HyreSys connects with SAP, Tyler Munis and Workday.

Bring a spec, an MOU or a vendor SOW. We’ll run it through HyreSys live on the call.
